How this works
Enter Your name once (so the team knows who edited what). Type the cleaner's name, then click any phase to open it. Check boxes — they save automatically. Phases collapse when complete. Switch cleaners anytime by typing a different name. The badge on the right shows sync status: green ✓ Synced = everyone on the team sees your changes live; gray "Local-only" = no shared backend configured yet (see setup instructions). When all 12 phases hit 100%, the cleaner is officially activated.
Appendix — 9-Step On-the-Job Checklist
Follow Every Step • Deliver 5-Star Service • Stay On Track
Cleaner should save this to their phone and keep it in their caddy.
- Log in & review job details — Open Allison, review address, job type, notes, special instructions.
- Click "On My Way" & set ETA — Auto-texts customer and team.
- Arrive, take BEFORE photos (25–30) & clock in — Upload to #cleaning-providers in Slack immediately.
- Confirm scope & assess condition — If WAY worse than advised: step outside, call GPC, we renegotiate. Customer agrees → proceed. Declines → cleaner may cancel. (You decide.)
- Complete the cleaning — Follow the GPC checklist for Basic / Deep / Move-In-Out.
- Final walk-through with the DECISION MAKER — Not the order taker. Inspect together, touch-ups, 100% satisfaction before leaving.
- Take AFTER photos (25–30+) — Post immediately to #cleaning-providers. These trigger invoicing — no photos = no pay.
- Clock out on Allison — After photos uploaded and job is done.
- End the day or head to the next job — Reset, restock, stay organized.
